I reported this UFO to MUFON, I did not right down the time, and my date was off on the one I reported to MUFON by about 2 to 3 weeks, my sis remembered the date. this is just an estimate. I seen it around 9 th ave and 35 th st maybe a little west a few blocks on 9 th ave. over the interstate maybe, in that area. I don't use a cell so I didn't get a pic, I tried to get home and get a camera as quick as I could but it was gone and that was approx. a minute.
