Bright light in the sky that pulsated for 10-15 minutes and then disappeared. This occurred around 2 am hovering by the mountains by my house and being that I live on Ft Bliss military base I see air craft of all kinds but I have never in my life seen anything like this. It also happened again a couple days ago around the same time.
