While driving north toward Temecula, CA., a shiny silver cigar-shaped sunrise reflecting object zipped from SW to SE (my left to right) about 20 degrees above the horizon at the indicated date and time. Due to the angle of the sun at that time in the morning, what I thought was the sun's reflection was very bright.
