While standing on Brandon Hill, a friend and I witnessed a bright light erratically moving west to east over Bristol, quite slowly and without noise. The manoeuvres performed by the bright object were certainly not normal of any aircraft in use. There were no flashing lights or any identifiable shape, it was just a bright light in the sky, just above the clouds.
