Bright, close, object in Bristol. 3 am

Whilst smoking a cigarette out of the window early hours this morning, I noticed the sky was covered in stars, as usual. However, one bigger and brighter star-looking entity stood out. It was twinkling from white to green to red. It was high up in the sky, but not sure of the distance. From looking at it, it must have been around half a cm.. Intrigued by this, I took several pictures using a nokia c3 mobile phone camera. After viewing the images, things became clearer. After zooming in on those, even more details became visible. Light pollution could have cause the change in colours, however, does not explain the details. Couldn't have been any aircraft we know of as this thing was not moving and appeared to be hovering for almost 30 minutes. Couldn't have been street lights or buildings as this was high up in the sky. I will attached all the pictures, natural (not zoomed) and the zoomed.
