lights, flying disk Brokenhead Ojibway Nation Mb

Have been seeing this round light arrive in morning around 4 30 am through to usually 7 am every morning util September 142015. On the very first time I noticed this particular sighting a disk like black object flew by around 645 am when a lot of birds were flying in my view this object t flew towards Lake Winnipeg and flew back east south where a light was visible a was going across the sky. We took videos and pictures of what we were witnessing. On another occasion 3 of us video taped 2 objects flying around Netley Marsh on the Brokenhearted Reserve. Many others have witnessed similar sightings for years.but did not know who to report it to.
