Circular object seen at fair in edenton nc

My son and his friend caught this ufo while at our county fair. They said they seen this object flying up above the fair and as they watched it realized that it was not like any type of aircraft that would be in this area. Thats when they started video taping this. We live in a very small town that doesnt even have a real airport. As you can see in this video the ufo seems to just be standing still at times as well as flying in directions with speeds that is unexplainable. This is not the first encounter my son has had with an object like this. This pass fall/ winter him n I were outside in our backyard and seen an object exactly like this n acting the same way. By the time I realize what we were seeing it was gone and I was unable to catch video or a pic. What really gave me goose bumps is this video was taking only about 2 to 3 miles from my backyard where we seen it the first time.
