Round object with lights appeared from the south; it hovered for about 2 seconds, then moved swiftly to the north. The weather was clear, no wind; no clouds. I was sitting on my patio and could not take my eyes off it. It wasn't like anything I have ever seen. If I had extended my arm holding a quarter and closed one eye, it would almost cover the image that I could see. That's the only I can estimate the size because I don't know how close it was.
