Cicular object seen above Hamilton MT.

Round object, North East in the sky, Looks circular with colored lights around it and hollow in the middle and moves very-very slow. Has been in same spot for over 2 hours, Looked with refractor scope, looks hollow in middle and the lights are blue-green-red-white-yellow, sometimes they or it goes completly black for and a second, has bursts of light and looks as if lights are rotating. Noticed 3 others west and south west
