Above an empty highway with no streetlights around, a circular object with a row of bright flashing lights hovered over our car as we drove for a few minutes before we were out of sight. Behaved like no aircraft I've ever seen, and doesn't fit most descriptions I've seen of weather balloons. My camera was dead, so I have no proof but my boyfriend saw it too, as he was driving.
