Round with raised designs sitting in my house

I was sitting on my bed that morning after an ice storm doing some work emails. It was the first the sun had shown for around 3 days.I noticed a sparkling silver reflection on the ceiling. I looked back down at the email then wondered if it was a small bowl of water out side reflecting because it was round and about 9 inches across it.I back up at the ceiling and noticed that it had the shape of a bird simular to the Phoenix and some other small designs. I was about to stand up to look out the window to see what it was and noticed a round green candy dish lid sitting on a trunk sitting in front of the window. The candy dish was 9 inches in diameter with the same bird and small designs raised off the surface one quarter inch.I looked away again for a while looking at the reflection now and then impressed at the detail of the reflection then I was looking at the computer when my wife walked in and with out looking up I pointed back and said look at that reflection your candy dish lid is making on the ceiling .she said what candy dish lid?I turned around and it wasn't there.I described it to her and she said she didn't have one like that.I accused her of moving it and playing a joke on me.when she looked me in the eyes she knew it was something real and was afraid to go in there for a while.it left without a sound or noticeable movement. I have never before or since seen anything that baffled me more than that.I will be 62 years old April 24th and havd been looking for proof of ufos ever since I can remember can't look up without scanning for them but have seen a few things that I can't explain but nothing this vivid. I was on some websits reading some reports and people said things like (it was just sitting there scanning me) .well I have to ask (how do you know that it was scanning you? Did it explain it to you? )this was no fake no joke nothing fabricated and no lies. If it wasn't real then I must have seen the most vivid 3 d and real vision ever.since that day I have had 4 dreams that came true almost to every detail and my mind has been as sharp as it was 20 years. Is it possible that the dreams come true could mean that my mind somehow time traveled? I have been trying to get disability for over years from physical and memory problems and shortly after my experience I actually recovered from both and am back working. Even my severe arthritis is much better but not gone.
