large rectangular object floating above power lines at 200feet with one spotlight and numerous red slowly flashing{ not in any kind of order} lights in the pouring rain seen from west bound 78 no sound at least 150 feet long not a safe place for anything like a helicopter or anything else to be it did not move from its location it was not any kind of known aircraft and its lights were not aviation
