flying object not aircraft seen hovering in Sparta

It was well I can't describe it but I saw it hovering in the sky from 13 mile almost near the sun clear as day an it was almost circular but was like a spin top shape with a brownish black top but a very glossy metal if you could call it metal body aircraft height just hovering for about 8 mins maybe ten one person got a photo on the road an before I could reach for my phone an look back up iit FANISHED like into thin air an what was most weird about it had a water like energy around it I can't properly desibe it but no lights either omg never has something like this happened in this town ever!
