Huge round ball with hoop around it no sound

A vessel round in shape over head aprox. 200 feet over head bigger then two houses, burnt tarnished no riveted panels smooth with large hoop ring around it moving slowly around body slowly, with five large lights at bottom center like led's flashing each at a pattern. no sound at all from vessel, then vanished like it was never there, then was miles over head. I never saw it move vanished that's fast. Took me years to figure out how the vessel functions and why it never burnt up, it's so easy to figure out all the natural resources like energy and none destructive space resources to build this craft to travel through space faster the time. I sure would love to help build one and fly one. Maybe it was planted in my mind in 1969, did't take long to figure it out once i took a good look how it could be possible. Well any way i'm just a average guy a Rv tech. with a Nack figuring out how things work and function. Thank you Keith Diller, Florida.
