object floating above armory in Indianapolis IN.

I was driving north on Hoyt just south of I 70, when I notice a object floating about 2 feet off the ground above a fleet of army trucks. This object made no noise, and there was no dust or debris flying from strong engines that might have been keeping this object a float. I was about 50 yards or so from this object, and it reminded me of a cross between a space shuttle and a stealth bomber about the size of a fighter jet. It looked to have some sort of windshield, but looked gray almost like Teflon, I could not see through it, it was not set back like the shuttle, but started at the point of its nose, it body was black or gun metal gray, with what looked like a sparkly silver stripe on it side. At 1 point I looked away because of traffic and when I looked again about 30 seconds later it was a good 2 miles west, strangest thing I think I have ever seen, it was just floating there.
