Observed and filmed from a 5th floor condo balcony facing SE, high over ocean.

To the naked eye, it was a bright pinhead shaped object. With a telescope camera lens, it appeared to have a flattened saucer-like shape. There were instances of
pulsation and bright flashing. As observed on the video, it morphed into a larger hazy globe. There was erratic movement of the object and periods of stillness.
Some blue and orange coloring and white lights on the edges can be seen. It was still in the sky when I left an hour later.

The object was again observed before and after sunrise. I took another video and some still shots which I have attached.
