South Main Street Walnut Creek circular ufo

I looked up when I was at an intersection on South main street when I saw what appeared to be an airplane at first. It changed colors from Green and white flashing lights to dissappearing. Then it shape shifted into a circle and had rotating lights flashing red, blue and green. I have seen several UFO's in San Diego but this is my first in Northern California. I don't drink or do drugs. I am a 31 year old female effected by morgellons. I am very sensitive to energy...not sure if this plays a role in my sighting. The ufo would dissappear then light back up and wasn't flying a regular flight path. It was flying fast and all around. Did anyone else see it?
