It was a quick moving object that looked like it was surfing a wave back and forth very smoothly. It stopped for a quick moment that shot away quickly and disappeared. It appeared to be circular and inside the circle there was a bat like shape spreading it wings out touching each side of the circle. The bat like structure and the circle around it were all laminated light blue lights. It was amazing!
