A slow moving UFO that changed colors and would disappear then reappear. UFO was brighter than sun even when right next to it. This was over open farmland approx. 85 miles north of Sacramento. UFO was very slow moving. We were taking pictures of a sundog, circumscribed halo and a full circle next to sun when UFO was spotted. Pictures were taken with a samsung galaxy cell phone.
