strange lights in north phoenix sky

Very strange lights in north phoenix sky. Two objects that do some really strange things. I will send more photos but not any video since you changed my repirt yesterday. They both on camera photos show other lightd or something else there. The video however that's the kicker. I saw two very strange lights that tuesday morning early am. The object that was lower than the one above it. Just put off such a clear bright light. Not blinding but just something your not used to seeing. The one above it was changing colors and dimming out from time to time before appearing agsin.
