Shiney object observed moving back and forth within tight space high above South Mountain in Phoenix. After about 10 minutes object went straight up above very high clouds. After about 10-15 minutes slowly decended and landed well west of South Mountain. Sometime near 1:00 pm. Saw jet fly by it.
