Bright object. Prestwood,Buckinghamshire. England

I was staying at my girlfriends house. We had been listening to music and watching a film. It was starting to get late and having to work the next day we decided to sleep. The doors are french patio doors and my girlfriends bedroom face out to the back garden. I was looking at the sky and i said to my girlfriend that the sky was 'a strange colour' (sort of pink and orange and grey) and she agreed.

Some time later roughly around 11:45 give or take 10 minutes either way; a bright object appeared. At first it could of turned out to be a very bright star but because it was rather an overcast night this was the first thing i found unusual. Within a matter of seconds this object was now very bright and the light being emitted was a very clean, pure light. This object was just skimming over the house directly behind my girlfriends house and this is when the lights were flashing blue. I couldn't make out an exact shape but there was a number of lights on what must have been a bottom and top of the craft. I personally` think the shape was very close to the very famous flying saucer which has commonly been reported.

Admit this i was jumping up looking for my phone and running across the room. I put the lights on and we went outside. The object was no speeding off at a phenomenal speed.

I really hope someone else saw this strange activity. But i guess that is unlikely. I'm really gutted that i didn't manage to get any videos but this craft was exceptionally fast. and moved in an unpredictable manor.

For a UFO so low, we expected some level of noise but there was no noise at all until the craft moved away and we heard an unnerving hum or buzzing noise. A plane or helicopter that low would of make much more noise regardless of their size.

Call it coincidence or not but in my girlfriends room i NEVER get no WiFi on my iPhone. but in the room i had full wifi and full network signal but i admit that its probably coincidence.
