black dot with odd shape ,in anserma colombia

their are no air planes that fly over this city ,this was almost scary because i know i was looking at something i have never seen before,took picture an black dot did not show up, but what was strange was two circles 1 mile apart that were clocking them seleves with clouds ,that night in same area odd light flashing came down the side of mountain leaving a light beam have photo this country has a lot of acttivity in this area i worry that they are like the setting up base their they know americans dont go their ,they are their ,,cuba cuba cuba ussr ,
