3 lights triangular shaped craft moves over town in complete silence in the morning. It flies over the Byron plant which has a no fly zone policy. Moved about 80 miles per hour, at a guess elevation of 4,000 to 8,000. There are 2 other witnesses besides me. My phone started beeping and crackling...shutting off constantly.
