Every night for the past month, I have seen pulsating colorful orbs, closer than any planet. They flash each other in a rainbow of colors, not used by OUR aircraft, and they HOVER at 10:00 high in the sky, over the Ocean at 4:00 AM.
The first week they were traveling from West to East! Very noticeable, then lately they travel from East to South, SE. Last night, they were directly in front of my balcony!
