Strange circular object slowly hovering over the sky. Seen over famous Singapore Vivocity Shopping Centre moving towards Sentosa Harbour Sea. Video captured using iphone 5,the only mode available at that time to capture the incident. The object looks very strange and looks like a cloaking UFO. See the original clip and looks closer for the circular object hovering in the sky
