|
Low to mid altitude Orange, circular light, moving slowly east. No noise was heard. Object moved very slowly at constant rate. No other discernable lights were present. This object moved too slowly to be an airplane and was flying to lay for it to be a helicopter without us hearing sound from the rotors. Its movement was to odd to be explained by conventional aircraft.
