I seen a round object tailing a airline. Behind it about 5 miles at approximately the same altitude which was about 35,000-50,000 ft agl. It was flashing light and black like it was a rotating light. It was to close to the be another plane because tlit was to close and the plane itself had a trail of moisture behind it. And it was going back and forth through its trail.
