Nine orange object flew in formation from east to west north of Rt. 104 along the shore of Lake Ontario at a high rate of speed similar to a jet and then would hover for a few minutes and move on. At first we thought it was hot air balloons but they moved too fast and then would hover. No noise was heard. We wondered if these were remote control crafts? Time viewed 5 minutes.
