driving home from work down robinson ave and saw a triangular object- thought it was a cell tower i hadn't noticed, it was fairly still, then it drifted to the left. one yellow light on either side, and one, i thought on top. with a red centered between the 2 yellow, i pulled the car over and it Turned about 30 degrees and headed diagonally away from the corner of robinson and kirkland, and headed that way. it was low enough that i could see its shape. from the front and the BOTTOM
as it went past to my left i could only clearly see the light on the left side and the red light centered in the middle. and a glow from the opposite side where the third was. the one i though thad been up top was higher up then the other two, and almost centered in the thing. when it was past me i couldn't see the center yellow light on what i thought was the far side, just the 2 yellow and the red center one.
it moved slower than I've seen helicopters fly over town and without a sound. i swear when i saw it and pulled over was when it headed coward and then past me on my left. i don't know how far up it was but it was directly over the field to my left, definitely not the houses or trees further out
from the bottom it looked like a triangle, but the rear 2 points looked cut off / flat/ or rounded- not a perfect point. the center / top yellow light was toward the front but not at the tip and definitely higher than the other two. the red light was pulsing evenly and slowly
i swear- i thought it was a perfectly still cell tower or something with 3 vertical lights and a red one. i only stopped because I've been watching ancient aliens way too much probably and couldn't tell if the center yellow light was dipping or not. i didn't see it move at first after i stopped the car, only noticed when i looked away and back that it was now behind the cable lines, instead of to the left. it TURNED, as in Rotated almost in place---not a gradual turn like a car makes- and then went foreword to my left, not parallel, but less than the 30 degrees it turned toward me earlier. and headed the other ay at a slight angle. did not seem to speed up and i could see it continuing in the same direction, possibly ascending, shortly after. lost sight of it between the last turn on kirkland and clinton.
might not matter, but pulling into my apartment i could see two -what looked like--helicopters flying around toward homilton college and the direction of clinton or the kirkland down park on the other side..
(these clearly had a red light, one yellow in front and one smaller, or possibly 2 smaller closer together lights on the tail. the moons bright tonight i could see the things shape fairly well, and can even see the long black shapes of the helicopters-these Don't have wings or anything off the sides..
