Glowing green egg shape seen in Auburn, Maine

I was laying awake in bed, looking out my window, and I saw a glowing green egg shaped object fly past, a little under a mile to the west of Taylor Pond. It was too big and moving to fast to be a conventional aircraft, (which I see out my window all the time, and are significantly smaller and less noticeable.) It was moving quickly in a shallow slope downwards. The object made no sounds, but emitted a green glow. Seeing it made me feel strange, and gave me a headache. After seeing this thing from my bed, I tried to move to get a better view, but it was already out of sight.
