a vehicle in the sky..with white lights flickering...and a green light flickering..the vehicle moved to the left....stood still about 10 seconds...then made a turn to the right..my roomate also saw it move also....then a bright white light was seen at the bottom of vehicle..approximate time 10 45 pm..i have never seen an object like this thaat couls stop on a dime
