Second hand witness. Video shot last night is posted on facebook. Event happened approximately 2130 ET and lasted several minutes. Multiple sightins in local area of approximately 12 objects in V Formation apex in a southerly heading. One object moved irrationally while others moved along the same axis changing vertical and horizontal positions independently.
