Report Details:
Going to Target with my 10 year old son. Stepped out of house and we both observed a huge glowing ball of light moving fast at first and then slowing down to almost a stop. It was in the clouds (low flying). I ran in my house and got my husband and he came out and saw it also. He said it could not be a falling star because it was moving so very slow. Meteors cannot just stop or slow down to almost a complete stand still either. They said it was going about 30 miles an hour which is also too slow for a meteor. Then it just blip, disappeared in front of us.

What was it?
