I went out to my back garden for a smoke and seen this white light. It looked like a bright star but it was moving slowly without fading towards Edinburgh (defo not an aircraft as I am on the flight path and this was very unusual) The light moved in an straight pattern very slowly until it was out of sight. I'm sure other people must have seen it as it was quite strange.
