Due West of my location (toward the constellation of Castor & Pollox). High altitude. A pulsating brilliant orange light following a circular path. As it flew toward me a steady ( non pulsating) green light off set from the pulsating core was visible. As it flew away from me momentarily a total of 3 light were visible in a triangular arrangement and the pulsating ceased becoming a steady point of white light.
I observed it for 20 minutes before it was obscured by cloud cover, it was certainly above that cloud cover as it appeared periodically when the sky cleared. At one point as it flew away from me two bright white spots of light appeared momentarily either side. I observed it undertake 4 orbits of this circular trajectory. Using the steady reference of the neighbours house, I determined that each circle (orbit) was identical. The object/objects were silent. A commercial airliner flew close by on a North West direction its engine were audible, the navigation light were also obvious.
