Shimmering object seen 'bobbing' in the sky for several minutes. It appeared to be rotating and changing colour rapidly, almost sparkling. It was slowly moving from left to right across the horizon, whilst slowly moving up and down, like if a ball was floating on water. After several minutes, the object stopped moving, and then suddenly shot off at great speed to the left. The speed was incredibly rapid, almost a blink of the eye.
