bright changing lights looking like stars flying

See flashing lights in the sky each night. They look like stars and constallations... Move at an extreme speeds like falling star speed. Accelerate at a constant speed to dead stop. One by one move across the sky at night to dead stop as if falling star was falliing then dead stop as still... Flashes, white, red, green, blue... When I ask it to move, moves in figure eight movements... They are still and look like constallations, but each one I look at and ask it to move, begins moving in figure eights and some times, moves across the night sky...
