A sort of dome of light was seen from North East Portland, Oregon, over or beyond the horizon near Vancouver, WA. There were two sources of light near the "ground." The light transitioned from reddish orange to blue and then vanished. The whole event took less than 20 seconds. There may have been two sources of light. That was not clear.
