Myself and three family members observed a silver cigar shaped craft. Similar to a blimp but with a smaller cigar shape towards the tail end. It had lights on the side that were light green, red , and blue. We observed it for approximately 10 seconds before it disappeared or flew off so fast we couldn't observe it. It was partially cloudy with cumulus clouds and bright blue skies.
