Disc and Couple flashing lights Anaheim CA

I live in a second floor apartment is the 4th time that i have seen this things flying around the parking the sealings.

They scared me so bad because they came so closer to me when i was in my bedroom window, i needed to opened after few days we been around the 100 degrees and more. so to night is been fresh, i wanted to open to let fresh air come inside the apartment. When i have an encounter with this object so closer for the second time.

I couldn't sleep for few days and i been really nervous. Thanks God nothing happen.

But i will like to please tell the authorities to do something about it, I am sure they now very well about this reports.
