Light in the sky moving around abnormally, rapidly changing direction and speed near the pursues. It appeared to be an orange color but I can't give 100% the right answer to that. The object had no flashing lights like what normal air crafts have and at one point almost came to a complete stop. When I first saw the object I felt stuck to it i couldn't respond in any way but to keep watching it. After about 10-20 seconds the object had disappeared.
