found totland bay, isle of wight, on google earth

hi ya. I found this accidently on google earth and was wondering if you could tell what it is please?
heres how I found it. on google earth, go to totland bay, isle of wight, England. zoom in to the pier and then drag the little man (street view) onto the promenade at the beginning of the pier. you should be looking at a 'cyclists dismount sign.' now pan upwards.
