A shockingly bright light, much brighter than the surrounding stars hovers between two buildings on new Westminster quay. Man planes pass the UFO and their lights and speed show that the object stays stationary but appears to hover. Five mins after the footage was taken the object disappears. We stared at it through binoculars for about five minutes. It appeared to twinkle and blink like a star and was shining so brightly it kept giving the binoculars a glare.
