Saw orange glowing circle over Cousin's island near bridge. It was smaller than the moon very low and seemed to be standing still omitting orange beam reflecting strait across Casco Bay towards White's cove. Suddenly, it moved horizontally south towards power plant, hovered there for a while then disappeared from my vantage point.
