orange orbs silent sighed at about 3000 ft. slowly

11:24 pm I noticed a bright light moving slowly from west to east.The object was flickering and pale orange in color. When object was directly overhead it began to slowly rise, within 20 seconds it had risen so high that it appeared to be a small point of light that was still moving to the east at a greater speed that seemed about like that of a distant airliner. One minute later another object of the same description appeared and followed the same path which I observed until it was so directly overhead that I had to run outside to track it but this time it had vanished by the time I got there, about 5 seconds later. 11:30 pm.
