light orange ball of light in mission viejo, ca

On March 16th 2016 my wife and I noticed a very bright light orange or yellow ball of light in the Eastern sky at approximately 30 degrees above the horizon. It seemed to be stationary however it was fading in and out of brightness and soon-to-be changing shape and color and at one point it completely faded out only to reappear in about 1 second in another part of the sky. The whole incident only lasted about 60 to 90 seconds and I was unable to get any usable video from my cell phone. I am always watching the skies since I am very interested in planets, space, airplanes, satellites, excetera but I have never seen anything like this before in my life. One thing I would like to add app on researching the web for someone else that might have seen it on that night I found incidents that happened (also in mission viejo) on or around June 18th of 2014 in which ther. were several independent YouTube videos that showed exactly what we saw including the lights fading out only to reappear in another spot
