I was watching TV, when I looked out our south picture window and say a huge circular band with amber color lights, they were blinking in a domino pattern and then it was gone, no noise. I have seen a similar band, two of them together a few years ago while traveling on HWY 10 west bound by Fremont, WI on my way home from Appleton. No noise they are there and then gone, no flash or anything.
