Strange stationery light formation in eastern sky. White, amber, green and red lights hovering and appears to turn and move slightly at times. At 0330 it moved to the right significantly. ..south. still hovering with lights. First noted at 0245 . It's now 0340 and it's still there. Right now it is green and white and moving slightly south. It appears larger at times with more lights visible.
