On April 27, 2013 I witnessed a fiery orange pulsating strobe-like orb hovering about 15 feet over my lane of the highway between Refugio and Victoria Texas. I slowed to 20mph and advanced toward the object. As I advanced it remained in front of my car while moving in reverse. I accelerated to the 75mph speed limit and observed the object in my rear view mirror. It remained in place for a few seconds and disappeared.
